Balancing Motions

Your solution to back and neck problems

Free breathing exercise program

All programs

Balancingmotions is a complete body exercise program. It is based on the anatomical chain of muscles and tendons. It has proved its merits in 40 years of practical and therapeutic practice. The corona virus is attacking the respiratory system thereby putting an extra strain on the cardiovascular system. These exercises will lower the stress on the important muscles f the respiratory system such as the diaphragm and scalenus muscles.

I feel the obligation to provide these exercises for free due to the crisis with the corona virus. Feel free to share these exercises with your friends and family.

Stay safe, Adriaan Brouw
